The Marketing Department at TGI Fridays is in overdrive. They are really running two simultaneous promotions, a discount on their Jack Daniels Dishes and a FaceBook promotion, which looks ready to hit it's goal of 500,000 fans.
They know their products and their audience well. Putting "Woody" on FaceBook to get 500,000 fans for a free burger is a great idea.
With the straight $5 off Jack Daniels Entrees and $5 Burgers they are also running a traditional discount promotion too. Really smart stuff.
