New Oscar Mayer Fried Bologna Biscuit is a Down Home, Southern Favorite In the southeastern United States, a unique method of preparing bologna has long been a staple on diner menus from West Virginia to Arkansas.
“Fried bologna,” actually made by browning bologna on a flat-grill, is often served in a sandwich, scrambled with eggs and cheese for breakfast, or, of course, paired with a biscuit.
The Oscar Mayer Fried Bologna Biscuit consists of a slice of melting American cheese and a folded egg atop a thick-cut slice of grilled Oscar Mayer bologna, all sandwiched between a signature Hardee’s Made From Scratch biscuit. Also, in a response to many customer requests, Hardee’s will bring back its popular Hash Rounds as a side item.
The Oscar Mayer Fried Bologna Biscuit will be sold at participating Hardee’s restaurants for $1.89 and is also available in a small combo for $3.59 including Hash Rounds or Country Potatoes and a beverage. Prices may vary by location.
And here's an Update - there's now a dollar off Hardees Coupon for the Bologna Biscuit, and a Hardees Coupon for Free Biscuit Holes
Comment: It must be an acquired taste - never did like Bologna. I can't see this selling well on the West Coast (unless it had guacamole)
